Help Desk System Coming Jan. 4

We are pleased to announce that starting January 4, 2010, Five Sparrows will be launching a NEW online Help Desk system.

The new Help Desk will enable us to provide faster, better customer service, and gives you access to your customer support history, lets you view maintenance reports, and tracks your customer support requests in our system online.
