This year, Five Sparrows adventure at the popular Fantasy of Lights parade included setting up our mobile office right on the parade route! With our wireless hotspot capability, we were able to provide live parade updates on our blog all day long, complete with photos and narrative about the goings-on from 7 a.m. right through the end of the parade. We were very fortunate to find a parking spot right next to Santa's sleigh, where Santa spent some time visiting with local children in the afternoon before making his traditional appearance in the parade. In October, Five Sparrows had the priviledge of presenting the opening session at this year's MACP Conference at Crystal Mountain, where we presented the seminar "Social Marketing - Tips, Tricks, and Tactics for Using Social Media." Livonia Business Expo May 7, 2009
A Toast! Here's to the successful launch of our new Integrated Social Marketing (ISM)™ product, ConnectPLUS, which we introduced at the Livonia Business Expo on May 7. Our booth featured a series of three live seminars on social networking, which were very well attended and generated a lot of new interest in social networking. Search Engines Strategies Conference Dec. 9-10, 2008
Five Sparrows attended the Search Engine Strategies Chicago conference in December where we learned lots of new tricks and ideas to help our clients improve their results in the search engines. This was the first time we've attended the SES conference, but we were so impressed that this will be a definite "must-see" for 2009!

Michigan Chamber of Commerce Executives Conference, Oct. 23-25, 2008
Five Sparrows was delighted to be invited again to the MCCE Conference as an event sponsor and exhibitor. As many of you already know, Five Sparrows has created an Online Expo Program for Michigan Chambers of Commerce, which is why this conference was such a perfect fit for us.
Not only did we learn a lot through some really wonderful conference tracks and breakout sessions, we also learned how important it is - now more than ever - for Chambers to get creative and find ways to offer more value to members for their investment in the Chamber.
Breaking the Boundaries Networking Event September 16, 2008
Congratulations to Dr. Neil Kolle of Kolle Chiropractic Clinic! Dr. Kolle was the lucky winner of the TomTom ONE 3.5" Touch-Screen portable GPS navigation system that was the grand prize from the Five Sparrows booth at the Breaking the Boundaries Networking Event held on Wednesday, September 16, 2008 at Burton Manor in Livonia, Michigan.

Brighton Breakfast Business Expo, June 6, 2008
We had a great time at the Brighton Business Breakfast Expo last Friday, June 6, 2008 where we enjoyed meeting lots of new faces and seeing familiar ones too at this fun springtime event. Michigan Chamber of Commerce Executive Conference, Oct. 24-26, 2007
| Five Sparrows was very excited to be invited to be an exhibitor at the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Executives Conference October 24-26 in Boyne, Michigan. The theme of the conference was "emerging technologies for Chambers," and Five Sparrows was pleased to present its new Online Business Expo Program for Michigan Chambers. This new program is a great way for Chambers to use web technology to promote their members' businesses and add value to being a member of the Chamber. The Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce already has its Online Expo up and running, and two more Michigan Chambers are scheduled to go "live" in February, 2008. This business-community networking expo was a great event, and Five Sparrows was very pleased to participate. We also had a great time meeting other area businesses as well as the people from the community who attended!
