For clients who do their own web site updates, a tech support only plan is a good way to get the support services you need at discounted rates. On a tech support only plan, you never have to worry about per-incident support charges if something goes wrong with your web site, your email accounts, your web hosting account, etc., or if you just have questions - you are completely covered under this low cost, annual plan.

Support Plus Maintenance Services Option

Our support plus maintenance services are perfect for clients who want the protection of unlimited tech support plus the convenience of having web site maintenance and updating services provided at a discounted rate. Professional web design services can include plans that are annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly, to give you the flexibility you need to fit both your needs and your budget. Support Plus Maintenance Services plans include:

Up to six web page updates per plan duration - includes changes and additions to page content, images, photos & graphics, adding links, etc. (Note: you may also add a new web page in lieu of individual updates) Unlimited tech support via email or phone. Independent test environment - a private area on our demo server where updates are made to your site before the changes go "live," if necessary. This way, your visitors never see unapproved changes or "under construction" pages while work is in progress. Online customer support system - requests are directly logged into our support system and assigned to the appropriate staff member for action.

Online maintenance reports - detailed reports to show your plan usage and history of changes, as well as a summary of the work performed on the site. Disk and bandwidth management - notification if your account is approaching limits for disk space, bandwidth limits, or both. This can prevent an interruption of service or account overage fees from being assessed by the hosting provider.
