your web site, Five Sparrows offers a variety of Support & Maintenance plans, giving you the freedom
to choose the plan that fits your needs AND your budget!
Here’s how it works:
1. Pick your “Plan”
— Plans are monthly, quarterly, semi annual, or annual
to give you access to the services you need, as often
as you need them.
2. Add a “Service
Pack” — Service Packs are Basic,
Enhanced, or Premium (see descriptions below).
3. The result is a customized
Support & Maintenance program that fits
the needs of your business, and keeps you in control
of costs!

- Web Site Updates - Includes
changes and additions to content, images, photos
and graphics, adding links, etc.
- Independent Test Environment - a private area on our demo server where we
make updates to your site before the changes
go “live.” This way, your visitors
never see unapproved changes or “under
construction” pages while work is in progress.
- Turn-around Time - The time
it takes for us to complete your work request.
Usually, all work is completed within the turn-around
time specified in your plan, however, some work
requests may take additional time.
- Online Problem Reporting -
We provide you with an online trouble ticket
system so your requests are immediately logged
into our support system and assigned to the
appropriate staff member for action.

- Activity Statement - A statement
of how many updates you have used on your plan,
when the work was performed, and exactly what
changes were made to your site. Statements are
sent to you via email.
- Link Check - Depending on
the plan you choose, we will review your web
site to check for broken or outdated links,
and repair them as necessary.
- Disk & Bandwidth Management
- We will monitor your web site to make sure
your site does not exceed either its disk space
limit, its bandwidth limit, or both. In most
cases, we can quickly correct this so you never
get charged over-limit fees (often from server
log files and junk email that accumulate on
your account).
